HeatSure Ambassador Programme Terms

The HeatSure Ambassador Programme is available to approved account holders aged 18 or over. HeatSure may approve, suspend or close an ambassador workspace where necessary to protect customers or the programme.

Referrals are attributed through an ambassador's unique link. A qualifying referral must result in an eligible paid HeatSure Care Membership and complete the 30-day validation period. Clicks and sign-ups alone do not earn a reward.

• Qualifying referrals count toward the milestones shown in the ambassador dashboard.
• Milestones unlock membership credit one billing month at a time, up to 12 months.
• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.

After all 12 membership months have been earned, further qualifying referrals may generate HeatSure wallet credit at the rate shown in the dashboard. Wallet credit remains inside the HeatSure account and may only be used toward eligible HeatSure products or services, including an approved engineer quotation where wallet payment is offered.

• Self-referrals, duplicate or fabricated accounts, automated traffic and payment manipulation are prohibited.
• Ambassadors must not send spam, make misleading claims, impersonate HeatSure or misuse HeatSure branding.
• Rewards may be held, reversed or cancelled when a membership is refunded, disputed, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible.

Ambassador reporting shows aggregate numbers and statuses only. Customer names, addresses and payment details are not disclosed in the ambassador workspace.

HeatSure may change milestones, credit rates or eligible uses prospectively. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Rewards already validly earned will be handled under the terms that applied when they were earned.
